Customers must contact us via sales@masha-popova.com with their Order Number so your refund can be processed correctly.
All items must be returned as new and unworn and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. You have up to 14 days after the date of receipt in which to request a refund.
When we process a return, the money will be refunded to the payment method initially used to purchase the item. Any items that were returned to us damaged or don’t have the correct packaging or tags attached will not be refunded. Therefore, we strongly advise you to properly check all orders before removing tags or disposing of the packaging.
Please note that customer must arrange their own shipping method and pay for their own shipping cost for returning the products. All returns should be sent directly to:
